Designed for couples seeking an authentic nature-based destination wedding venue in a breathtaking setting, we offer event spaces for up to 175 wedding guests and overnight lodging for up to 40 guests. We offer a four-day, three-night stay so that you may settle in on Thursday, host a rehearsal dinner on Friday evening, host your ceremony and reception on Saturday, and host a farewell brunch on Sunday!

The Longlook Wedding Package Includes

  • 4 day, exclusive use of the venue: early check-in on Thursday morning through Sunday at 3:00 pm.
  • The Chase Barn: Our newly renovated and beautifully decorated wedding barn including the dinner barn and party barn. Package includes all ivory draping, bistro lighting, farm tables, farmhouse style crossback chairs, banquet tables, whiskey barrel bar, sweetheart table and chairs, lounge and bar seating, cocktail tables, outdoor Adirondack and rocking chairs for deck on our 100 ft deck that overlooks the mountain views. Catering prep area with separate entrance and two farmhouse style bathrooms inside the barn.
  • Our Adirondack-inspired Carriage House Bar, aka “The Cocktail Cabin”, stone cocktail patio with perennial gardens, Adirondack seating, high top cocktail tables, conversation seating with tables, fire pit, bistro lighting, canoe cooler and rustic clawfoot tub for beverages, and two outdoor bathrooms.
  • Meadow-side ceremony site with scenic mountain views. Birch ceremony arbor, aisle stumps, and white garden-style ceremony seating are included.
  • Exclusive use of our 200 acre private property including gardens, grounds, lawns, fishing pond, and hiking trails, parking area for four days.
  • Venue manager to assist you in planning your event and to oversee vendor setup and ensure a smooth flow to your wedding day.
  • Overnight lodging for up to 40 guests total for 3 nights, Thursday – Saturday.
  • Grand Lodge: 5000 sq. ft. log cabin with two floors of living space including great room, fireplace, dining room, two kitchens, six bedrooms, deck with seating, and four bathrooms. The kitchens are fully stocked with dishware, cookware, silverware, etc. Bedrooms offer quality linens including down pillows and 100% cotton quilts. Lodging for up to 20 guests for three nights.
  • Two dressing suites in the Grand Lodge on separate levels. The main floor getting-ready suite offers a hair and makeup bar, soft seating, private bathroom, floor-length mirror, private bath and an outside deck with seating. The bottom floor getting-ready suite offers a rustic pine wet bar with hickory seating, sectional sofa and leather seating, kitchen and dining area and two bathrooms.
  • Ten (10) Glamping tents for up to 20 guests (two guests per tent). Each Montana Canvas tent features a queen size bed with quality linens, including Pendleton wool blankets, 100% cotton quilts, and down pillows. Each tent offers heat and A/C, retro fans, luggage racks, camp seating and table, rug, bamboo wardrobe with hangers, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, coffee and tea station, iron and ironing board, and interior lighting. Outdoor seating and private deck that overlooks the scenic views of the venue. Glamping tents each have their own private modern farmhouse-style bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink with vanity, towels, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion).

Our venue is perfect for those couples seeking a long weekend, wedding celebration! We do only rent as a long weekend venue and this includes event space for up to 175 guests and overnight lodging for up to 40 guests.

We do not offer any additional package options as our venue is best appreciated and celebrated as a true destination wedding venue. We promise you that you will have the best weekend ever at Longlook!
